Refund policy
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at lightdedesigns@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Unless there is a defect in the item purchased we do not accept returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will credit your original form of payment (minus shipping costs) once we physically have your item back in our possession. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
