  • When will my order be ready

Normal turnaround time is 3-7 business days.

Items are completed in the order they are received.

Production will not begin until payment is received.

  • Can I make a change to my order?

Once the proof is approved no further changes can be made.

  • Can I request a refund?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items, unless there is a defect   in the item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at lightdedesigns@outlook.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us at your own expense.

Once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase minus any shipping costs.

Please Include a name and order number on all returned packages.

  • Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty.

You must cancel your order before it is produced.

No cancellations allowed once production of your item has begun.

  • I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

Once you have double checked that the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at lightdedesigns@outlook.com.

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.

No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Orders are shipped immediately upon completion.

We are not responsible for shipping delays.

We are not responsible for any packages lost, held, or damaged due to shipping issues.

If package shows accepted by USPS/UPS then speed of delivery is beyond our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do receive a large number of emails, so if you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number to your email.
